    Issues with use as a file manager

    I’m having some issues when using the editor as a file manager.

     

    1)       The upload section appears, but the input box and the browse and upload buttons don’t most of the time. In a test I just did, they appeared three times out of ten.

    2)       When I upload a file, it uploads ok, but it retains a lock on the local file and I can’t edit it again without shutting down the web server.

    3)       The create directory button asks for a name, but then does absolutely nothing. No server access.

    4)       When you upload a file, the newly uploaded file doesn’t appear in the file list and the only way you can see it is to click cancel and bring up the upload dialogue box again.

    When you open the insert image dialog, the upload and browse button always shows:

    I cannot reproduce it in the following example:
