free target for hyperlinks

we need the possibilty to use a free target for hyperlinks because there are frames with other names examp: _daten

how can i realize that ?

here i can only choice 4 or nothing

Please modify CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\Tag\tag_a.ascx file.
