Resource Usage on Server

Hello, I'm using cute live support ....I'm facing multiple problems on both server and operator side....

On server side there is lot of resource usage (100% CPU usage of w3wp.exe) from the time I'd kept cute live support web application there....and on operator side there are frequent dissconnects and operator machine hangs up....

please tell the reason behind huge amount of resource usage on server? Is it due to some code errors in ASP.net pages?

Also tell me reason behing frequent disconnects on operator side....

Please help me in these issues....

Which version are you using?

How many concurrent chatting do you have?

It happens when the server recycle the application pool or operator lost the internet connection.
