I hope someone can help as i am very close to completing the integration. When a user is anonymous all works fine but when a user is authenticated (by my custom provider) it all works fine, users can post messages etc, yet the only thing that doesnt work is when i try and kick an authenticated user it says that 'The specified user is offline or does not exist' even though they do, i just cant understand it??

 

Where is the AppChatIdentity data stored??

 

Any help massively appreciated at this late stage??
