CuteEditor keeps removing Non-Breaking spaces. ( )

Any ideas?

We have some empty table cells that need a lone non-breaking space in them in order to maintain spacing and border styles. We add these in either text or numeric form for XHTML compliance. We Save and things look great.

BUT... next time we go into the Cute Editor with the content, it has "helped" us by removing all the non-breaking spaces in any empty cells. This "help" is costing us alot of time and headache.

HELP!

Tom,

Cute Editor doesn't remove the Non-Breaking spaces. ( ). Cute Editor automatically changed it to entity muber  .

You table HTML code should look like the followings:

Actually you are right and wrong. When I said we tried both text and numeric representations of   I meant we also tried  

Regardless, going back into CuteEditor causes either syntax for a non-breaking space to be removed from the otherwise empty table cell.
