We recently publish the remote aspx scripts for Live Support Chat in https URLs; We had to issue a certificate to the chat web server to be able to pocess the chat form our checkout process. We have noticed the following error after the publication to our site. On any page http or https page if you double click on an area in the web page "a common user error" the chat .aspx scripts produces a pop up error "Un Defined". Can you provide us code to resolve this error?

I’ve checked your site.

I don’t believe you this issue is related to cute live support because we don’t listen the page onclick.

There are two methods to help you debug this issue:

Create a simple html page with live support script only, test it
Remove live support script from your page and test it again.

I have completed the testing you recommended above.

If I remove the script from any page on our site I do not receive the error.

If you don't beleieve the error is produced by that script with are the other possibilities?

It looks like the source code is modified.

You have two methods to fix it.

1. Download the control again. http://cutesoft.net/downloads/default.aspx

And overwrite all the exisitng DLLs and client files.

2. Set up the FTP and send it to us. We will fix it for you.

We downloaded the 4.1 control and overwrote with the new DLLs. Not sure how the old 4.0 source code could have been modified. Do you distribute source code? We still have the same situation. I have also tested uploading the new 4.1 LiveSupport without any modificaiton including images and can produce the same exact error. Is it possible a class is not being set corectly from the remote domain scrpts?

All fixed thank you Adam can you tell me what the issue was?

One last note is there documentation detialing the upgrade process of 4.0 to 4.1. I am not sure I have replaced all scripts and code required to complete the upgrade.

The file you are using contains the debug code which listens the ondblclick event of the page.

1. Update the CuteChat.DLL,CuteChat.AppCode.DLL

2. Update all client files.
