Operator console not showing correct username unless cookies cleared in browser

When I test logging in as different users, at different times, through the end user web interface to chat, the operator console still shows the last users name that I used in some places, and the current user name in others.

Clearing cookies on the end user browser fixes it.

We use the cookie to remember the visitor.
