Hi,

 

In the Moderated Chat mode as soon as the speaker sends the question it disappears (goes to the moderator message queue). How can the speaker keep track (or see) of his/her questions even if the moderator hasn't approved them yet? Is there any way to display/view these questions somewhere other than the moderator queue?

When the admin starts the Moderated Chat. All users should received the following messsage:

 

 

If one user types a message and this message is approved by the moderator. This user should receive the following message:

 

If one user types a message and this message is rejected by the moderator. This user should receive the following message:
