In Firefox:
1) Create a block of text
2) highlight block of text
3) select anchor tool
4) set hyperlink
5) click ok
6) immediately click anchor tool again
7) anchor tool comes up unset
Workaround:
1) Create a block of text
2) highlight block of text
3) select anchor tool
4) set hyperlink
5) click ok
6) unhighlight anchored text
7) re-highlight anchored text
7) anchor tool comes up set
