Problem With setHTML When In HTML View

Use your Javascript Example:
http://www.cutesoft.net/example/JavaScript-API.aspx

1) Click "HTML" view.
2) Click "getHTML" button.
3) Click "setHTML" button.
4) Click "Normal" view.
5) Click "Html" view.

As you can see, you loose the HTML.

This is still a problem in the current release. Its a problem because I'm using AJAX to update the editors content and if my user is in HTML mode, this bug causes them to lose the HTML tags.

Help!
