I am also receiving this error along with others. I've emailed for support numerous times over the past few months, but I have never received any useful support.
Here are my errors.
1. I get this regardless of what operator name i log under:
Failed to connect to chat service:
System.Exception: Failed to connect server: ERROR, Operator Only!
at CuteSoft.Chat.WinClient.SupportClient.Connect()
at LiveSupport.MyApp.RunInternal()
2. And this is what I deal with every other week, but now it seems to be constant:
Here is the text of the entire bottom window:
See
the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I've been unable to use the live chat at all for over 3 days now. In the past when I have had problems I have emailed for support and have not received any.
I'm not sure what to do, but I'm at my wits end here.
