I watch the flash movie, that explain how to add new operator in Administration Console.

 

It is simple, I should  go to the "Live Support Operator" area, -> write user name -> click Search -> click Select link -> then click Add operator button bellow.

 

That is ok, but how to add user name???

 

I installed Live Support to my server, I added admin as an operator because it already exists somewhere, but if I type John or Mary, and click Search, it simply returns nothing.

 

Is there any way to add new user name, and how to do that?

Log off first. You will see the register button in the top bar. Use this button the register more users.
