Change icon in Toolbar

Hi all,
how could I change the icons in the toolbar? Our users prefer the paperclip from Outlook instead of the PDF-Icon for action "Downloadable Files". I've replaced all "document.gif" in my CuteSoft_Client Directory within my application but this does not seem to help.

.net Framework 4.0 / ASP.net / VB / CuteEditor 6.7 / SQL 2005
