Hello Adam,

when I change in _default.xml and de-de.xml "Preview" it will be ignored and still appears.

See below:

2) The first time when I load the page with FireFox 2.0.0.3, the icons are not loaded (see below).

I have to reload the page then it is ok.

For those three buttons, you need to create images to replace them.

For the second issue, we don't have problem with the following example:
