The user is logged in in snitz. Clicking the chat results in "please type your name". Clicking messenger results in "aonymous users are not allowed". It happes on al workstations, regardless whether a proxy is used or not. Regardless the browser: IE or firefox.
Is anyone familiar with is problem? We having it for weeks now and we are not able to solve it (we cannot trace the problem).
I think that the application is looking for the wrong cookie. Is there a way to trace this?
