Hi, I just downloaded and installed the trial version of client scripts and operator application from Cute Live Support website.

But whenever, I run the operator application...it is giving some error like "License file not found".

 

Is the license file needed for trial also???? If yes, then is there any option of getting trial license.

Strange. Can you check the bin directory after you extract the zip file? The license file for live support is: CuteLiveSupport.lic.

 

If you can't find it, please download it from here:
