Thank you for addressing this question.

In the example that you linked to, the properties dialog still takes a second or two to pop up, but it does not take as long to load as it does from the standard CuteEditor distribution on my machine.

How did you achieve this?

Please set up an online demo and send the URL to us.

The properties dialog should not take very long to load. Maybe we have some configuration problems.
