What license model should we use?

We have a webapplication which we well sell to various companies and organizations. We now consider using your editor as a part of our application. The question now is what licens model we should use.

The application will be distributed to a whole lot of different webservers and to be used for a whole lot of different domains. Is the redistribution option our best choice, or must we use the enterprise model?
