I'm geting this "Not connected yet" Message Box from time.

I have a frame in which the Cute WebMessenger main window is integarted (with minor changes of the L&F) and because I found out that the memory usage in IE is constantly growing (I've also posted a question about this) I decided to unload and load again the CuteWeb messenger. This helps to release the memory (leaks) - not at 100% but still OK, but somtimes during the reload I am geitting this message from Cute WebMessenger. Additionally, there is an expetion in the log while accessing the cute database (my site uses impersonation to secure the DB access)... The session is OK - the rest of the site is working OK, only the Cure Messenger is not loaded...

What may cause this problem? How it can be solved?
