Buttons Disabled and Editor Text Not displayed in FireFox

If I am using IE, everything works fine but with FireFox Text in Editor is not displayed and buttons doesn't respond on clicking. We are under tight schedules, so I would appreciate early responses.

No I don't have problem with http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx in FireFox. I am using CuteEditor 5.2 version for VS 2005 and using FireFox 1.5.0.3 version.

Version 5.2 should not has this problem.

Please download the software again:

http://cutesoft.net/ASP.NET+WYSIWYG+Editor/downloads/default.aspx

And create a new project for testing.

It's a free upgrade. Your existing license file should work for the new version as well.

I am Sorry I tried using the CuteEditor.dll version 5.3. But its still the same. Could you please tell me the other possible solutions ?

Have you updated all CuteEditor client files as well when upgrading?

If so, please clear your browser cache.

I copied the cutesoft_client folder as well and also cleared the browser cache but still the same even with test application. Works with IE bit not with FireFox.

Whats else I need to do ?

Was there a solution to this problem?

I recently downloaded the trial version 5.3. I created a custom toolbar configuration file, and I'm using the ASP.NET 2.0 dll's. I'm having exactly the same problem. Please advise.

If not, is that possible for you to create a simple aspx which can demontrate the problems?

The problem seemed to be caused by ASP.NET tracing. When the tracing page output was turned on firefox did not work and without tracing it does.

I downloaded the version 5.3 and the problem fixed for me.
