I have implemented the cute editor in an enterprise content management system, and the guys in charge of the web site UI are complaining that those entering content are copying-and-pasting from word and saving ugly fonts that change the look-and-feel of the web site.  They want to know if there is a way to lock the cute editor down to ALWAYS use a particular CSS class no matter what the user does?

It looks like you need to remove all the formats when pasting from MS word
