Hi,

I'm getting script error all over the place! I followed install instruction, created a blank form & drop the editor on it & run.
and I'm getting:

Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'CuteEditorClientClass' is undefined

at the hightlighted statement

val=CE_Editor1_IDSettingClass_Strings[name.toLowerCase()]; if(val) return val; return '('+name+')'; };

new CuteEditorClientClass('CE_Editor1_ID',new CE_Editor1_IDSettingClass());

Did you upgrade from the earlier version of Cute Editor?

If so, please upgrade all the client files and DLLs.

If not, can you tell me your file structure?

yes. i cleaned my ide of all cuteeditor, download & re-install. Now the editor rendered ok but when i clicked on the color picker i get:

Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'colorsArray' is undefined

and corresponding error for other buttons.

from a blank webform with just the cuteeditor on it. Here's my file structure

Have you created a virtual directory and pointed it to "C:\\dotNet\CAPS\StoryEditor\bin"?
