Can Upload Images, Cannot Create Sub Folders

I've installed the editor and it runs fine except when I try to create a folder through the "Insert Image" img bar. I can upload the graphic fine so the path should be set right. The error I get is:

What did you put in the prompt window?

How did you configure the Image gallery path?

I have a similar problem. after searching the net I found that directory.createDirectory(path) has a bug. for this to work the user must have write permissions to the drive root directory.
