LicenseException: A valid license cannot be granted

I have download your demo version of dotNet Gallery and installed it fine. When I call the page I get:

[LicenseException: A valid license cannot be granted for the type DotNetGallery.Gallery. Contact the manufacturer of the component for more information.]

I have placed the "dotnetgallery.lic" file in a folder called "licenses" in the root of my application as your docs instruct.

Please can you offer some advice.

Hi Nigel,

Where did you intall your license key file (dotnetgallery.lic)?

Have you run successfully on your localhost? Make sure that your web application is marked as a "virtual directory" in IIS and is not just a folder placed in wwwroot.
