Each toolbar is taking up its own line (using with DNN 3.1)

I'm having a problem where each toolbar is taking up a whole row. Can you please tell me what I need to do to make them wrap normally? See example below...

Brad,

If you upgrade CE from the earlier version to the 4.5, please clear your browser cache and try again.

The old CE style sheet in your browser may cause the problems.
