When I paste the text "Ctrl+V" to the editor, a popup is shown

How can I paste text without showing this popup

I've tried to set  

Editor1.EditorOnPaste as PastePureText, but fail

Can you try on demo  http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx? Does it gets the same pop up? If yes, then can you post a screenshot to show that pop up? And what browser/version you are testing?

I've posted the popup in the question, but in did not show in the preview mode...

I tried to pose the popup screen here again, it also does no shown, but I can view in the edit mode.
