Problem with upload image

I have problems with uploading images.
I don't set the property ImageGalleryPath with the default folder "Uploads", but I use a folder called "public" placed in the root directory:

editor.ImageGalleryPath = "/public"

If I copy by ftp an image in the folder public CuteEditor let me insert the image in the editor, but if I try to use the inserting procedure, when I press the button upload, the Insert image window is reporting an error:

Microsoft VScript runtime error '800a0005'

Invalid procedure call or argument

/CuteEditor/CuteEditor_Files/include_upload.asp,
line 122

How can I solve the problem?

Does that folder exist?

If so, does IUSR_MACHINENAME have read/write permission to that folder?

Hi Adam,

the folder exists and the IUSR_MACHINENAME have read/write permission to that folder.

Is there anything else I can do to make it work?

Adam,

I found some more informations: when I try to upload an image, the name of the file is written in my folder "public", but it is empty and the Include window displays the error I wrote before.

Sedat K.,

All ASP programs on an IIS web server run under the same account. This account is usually named "IUSR_[something]". This is known as the "Internet Guest Account".

Since CuteEditor for ASP is a ASP program, which runs as the Internet Guest Account, the permissions on the "ImageGalleryFolder", "FlashGalleryFolder" specified in the CuteEditor must give the Internet Guest Account read, write and delete access. The easiest way to set all the required permissions is with the single permission "Full Control".

Hi

I have exactly the same problem with version v4.2 (Windows 2003), in version 3.0 everything works fine

IIS user has Full access to \upload folder

has anyone solved this problem?
