Following on from the recent bug where customer's licenses fail on 12/12/15 we have contacted support support@cutesoft.net and adam@cutesoft.net several times and also spoken to Kenneth online (who said he was unable to help us) the forums were shutdown (and reset I see as there are only a couple of posts now).
We have had to purchase the product again at a cost of $499 and have requeested a refund on the second license, however we get no reply.
I'm unsure if CuteSoft is a valid company - there is no telephone number to contact and all support requests go unanswered.
