    This is really amizing! CuteSoft has such a great product but no support for the customer at all! It leaves this important issue to the other user. And what happens, if the other user, who do not carry reponsibility for supporting the others do not answer?! Like my case?!
     
    The offer of such products in internet is not less. I just simply purchased another product, where I got a great support from the company!

    My experience is that support is excellent.

    I've used this forum, email and live chat to communicate with support, and they always have an answer. (We have been using CuteEditor in production since Feb. 2004)
