    Junk HTML at top of edited page.

    Hello my friends,

    We have noticed on a lot of our customers pages that some junk HTML has been added at the start of the page.

    Here is an example:

    <style type="text/css" isprelink="true">
    @import url(http://www.sandhamnsvanner.se/admin/cuteeditor_files/Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css);</style><style type="text/css">
    @import url(../_script/css/vikaris.asp?LoadedByEditor=true&spec=vnntgzbqem);</style>

    Is this something that can be related to a browser compability problem? or do You have any other suggestions?

    The versions of cute editor for ASP is different on the pages.

    The very best regards

    Hi Bloodcarver,

    This is an old bug, we have fixed it in the latest version. I suggest you download the latest version and try again.

    latest version download url: http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/57121/download.aspx

    By the way, the new version only prevent it generate this code. But for the old content, you need to clean them manually first.

    hi,

    chrome/firefox/safari maybe causes this problem with the old version editor.

    Also, you can try delete the line below from file "\cuteeditor_files\template.asp", it should work too.

     <link href="<%=path%>Style/SyntaxHighlighter.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

    Regards,
