Hi,

I have installed the script as instructed but am getting this error:

msxml3.dll error '80070005'

Access is denied.

/aspgallery/aspgallery/include_aspgallery.asp, line 53

I cannot seem to find a fix.  I will need a refund if i cannot get this to work.  

Please give detailed instructions on how to clear the error.

Hi jonance,

Please check the permission of the album folder, ensure that your site has the write/read permission of it. Also, you can give the full permission to user "Everyone" of the album folder to test it.

If allow, please set up ftp access for us and send the info to Support@CuteSoft.net, so the development team can check it for you directly.
