We are having a problem where visitors show up 2, 3 or 4 times in the Visitor list, but there is only one actual visitor. It almost seems like each time the user navigates to a new page, a new entry is added to the visitor list (please see the screen shot below). Do you have any idea what could be causing this? I assume it is something on our setup.

Can you reproduce this issue on your end?

 

Get this issue on all browser? Or just firefox?

 

If your site online? If so, can you send me your support site url and an agent account? So we can check it for you.

Thanks for the response Kenneth.  I am using the Cute Live Support Operator software, and I have tried browsing the site with IE8, Firefox 9.01, and Chrome 16 and all seem to show the same problem. I'll send you site information shortly.
