I have a Mac user that is inserting an image.  Unfortunately, the URL is not fully qualified in the underlying HTML after the image is inserted.  I have the following properties set to false:  RemoveServerNamesFromURL, and UseRelativeLinks.  This only happens for Mac/Firefox users.
