I have setup a custom ChatProvider for integrating with existing user authentication, and it is working fine. The issue I am having is that if I log in to the operator software, I can see a list of visitors currently on the site. This list contains ALL visitors. It appears that these visitors are not being associated with a department.
My question is, How can I associate a web visitor with a department so Agents only see those visitors in their department?
