    How do I customize  the insert hyperlink popup/dialog?
    I want the Target dropdownlist to be on New Window and Disabled.

    Please open file "\CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\Tag\tag_a.ascx ", you can change it directly.
