Adam, I know this post is old, but after still having to Google this problem in 2011, it appears exposure and ease-of-use isn't a strong point of CuteSoft, and I must note that your answer doesn't even answer the question at all.
The user tells you that they already have a license, and you regurgitate some nonsense from the documentation, which even cheekily suggests they buy a license? That, sir, is absurd.
The question is clear: I have a license for deployment machine X, how can I reliably test my work on development machine Y.
Your answer only tells the user how to get it working on deployment, which doesn't seem to be a problem. Are you saying this isn't possible without buying the appropriate license, and that those without a developers license must simply code and hope for the best once deployed?
I'm intrigued... and also very unproductive at the moment, considering this farce.
