    One of our operators has recently been unable to view incoming chat requests or any of the currently active sessions. Is this a known issue and/or bug?

    We tried installing the latest version and the operator is still unable see any chat sessions. Could a firewall setting be blocking communication to the application?

    Update: We had the operator install the application on a clean laptop and it works from their location. Must be an application or firewall setting.

    Fixed after a clean install and a reinstall of the old version LiveSupportOperator.msi
