    When I click on the "Insert Hyperlink" button, the dialog box that pops up has the caption "A". How can I change the caption to, for example, "Insert link"?

    Open file "CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Dialogs\Tag.aspx"
    Find section "<title>[[Tag]]</title>". You can change the title directly.
