See the video below.  There are two issues here:

 

1.  Note that the second time I try to paste content into the editing area when using the latest version of the Chrome browser, I get the error shown.

 

2.  Also, if I paste text and then press the backspace button, I'm kicked out of the editor as if I clicked on the browser back button.

The first issue is a known issue, we are investigating it and will get back to you soon.

The second issue, I cannot reproduce it,  my test steps are:

1. Open http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx 

2. Remove all text in cuteeditor

3. Copy some text

4. Paste it to CuteEditor

5. Remove text and then click "Backspace"

It works fine and I will not be redirected to back page.

 

Can you test it more? If you can reproduce it, please post steps here.

I can reproduce the backspace button issue on Chrome every time I try.

 

1.  Browser = Chrome (latest version).

2.  Visit Cute Editor demo page from any other page (page A).

3.  Copy text from demo page or any other page.

4.  Click inside Cute Editor's editing area.

5.  Paste text.

6.  Press the keyboard's backspace button.

7.  User is returned to Page A as if browser backspace button had been pressed.
