how can I change the appearance of the browse button so that it looks like all other buttons in Opera?

Hello Eric,
that creates a custom button but in Opera it is replaced or covered by an ordinary
browse button after a second.
You can see it here

but only with the Opera Browser and Flash.

One more question: Is it possible to avoid that ugly focus border around the flash object. Examples:
Chrome:
Safari:
