    Not able to accept web site browser user for help

    Hi,
     
    We have Installed Cute Chat in a server located in US and have configured an agent outside US.  The agent is able to log in and get connected, but when he clicks on "Accept" to Chat and to answer a Customer Browsing the web site it's not responding.  It just rings and says' Customer is waiting for response.

    I have created an user in your name and the password will be your name.  You will have to test using Cute Live Support Client.  I will email you the url.

    Please install operator client and server side again, download link of latest version is http://cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/current_releases/entry21855.aspx,  this is a known issue, we have resolved it.

    Dear Eric,

    Thank you for your help.  I upgraded to the said version and it fixed the issue.  Chat is working great now.
