Website Online/Offline icons not working

We have 2 employees who use the Chat Support software for one domain. When one employee logs in by himself, the online/offline icon updates on the website. When the other employee logs in by himself, the icon does not update on the website. It is very easy to duplicate.

We purchased the 10 domain license and this is our first domain. We are running Live Support Operator Client Version 5.1.0.0.
