This is the error that I encountered upon using Cute Live Support.. I've already included Support-Visitor-monitor-crossdomain.js.aspx  in my <script> tag, but i still commit the same error..

How did you add the cross domain monitor script?

Are you sure the domain you entered is correct?

Thank you for the response. I've already modified the script tag and I haven't encountered that error, but why does the Support-Visitor-Monitor-crossdomain.js.aspx doesn't function as Support-Visitor-Monitor.js.aspx?
