The issue occurs when entering the following into the HTML editor:

 

<a href="http://www.google.com" target="_blank">Google</a>

 

 When a space is inserted after the quote at the end of the URL for href the quotes around the URL are removed and it turns into a hyperlink.  This only occurs in IE.  Is there a property that controls this or is this just Internet Explorer?

 

This doesn't occur when the text is pasted into the editor.
