Hi,

We are currently using a Beta version of a website using your software and IE8.  We are a school and upload multiple documents for access at home.
We have an issue where IE8 is asking for proxy authentication when uploading to the editor.

When uploading a resource using the an editor, the first document you upload goes through correctly, however you are asked for proxy authentication when you try and upload a second one.

This doesn't help and only freezes.  So you can't upload the second document. You then have to save the progress and re-open it, so it takes an age to upload multiple documents. If i cancel the authentication box i get the message "the upload task interrupted http 407"

Any ideas?

The version of the editor is: 6.4.0.0
 
There is a configuration for where the files are stored on the server after the upload which is set to “~/CuteEditorTemp”.

 

 

Is there anything i can try?

Could it be that there may be something restricted for a user?  It works first time, but doesn't for the next file being uploaded.
