CE ver (downloaded on 11/27/09)

 

When hyperlinking an image to a file on the 'server' in the portal file system sub-folder that was created and uploaded by a user, the editor can see only the first 5 documents out of 11.  The user can see them through the file manager, open, move, delete, etc.. but they are not accessable in CE. 

 

Logging in as host experiences the same issue.

 

FYI - uploading a file from the CE hyperlink dialog works fine and the files are immediately available.

I have tested this issue and cannot reproduce it, can you supply the detailed reproduce steps?

Upload pdf file using file manager;

Change to a page with HTML module and access the Cute Editor;

insert an image;

left-click on an image;

select the hyperlink (chain) icon;

select Browse...

navigate the folder pane on the left to the directory that should contain the desired files to link to;

where they are not...

 

You can have remote access to the portal or I can supply a web sharing session to review together at the server level.
