Tool bar icons Not appearing and some times the icons are not rigid ( constant)

I are using Cute editor for .Net v6.0.0.0 and having the problem with the tool bars,

The tool bars are not in a proper place, they are scattered,
Some time the tool bars are not at all visible.

This is not Cute Editor. The Editor you are using is not compatible with IE 8.0.
