Upload button disabled/not working

Hello,

I am using the demo version of cute editor for testing purposes right now. I will be adding on the domain name to our license once the site is ready to go live.

I am trying to allow uploads of documents and images - I have set the image and document paths accordingly, but when I click the "Upload" button, nothing happens -pop ups are not blocked and cookies are allowed. I have tried this on IE7, IE8, and FF3

Is this because it is a demo version? Is there something else that could be wrong.

Hi digamel,

The demo version includes all of the features.

Do you get the smae issue on our online demo?

Which version of Cute Editor are you using?

Can you try version 6.5?

I believe I am using version 6.5 - I just downloaded it 10/30/2009

Here is a page on my server with the cute editor - let me know if you can duplicate the issue on your end.

Could the problem possibly be that I am viewing the site in "sitepreview" mode?

I replaced the code in the file with yours, and still same issue.

Was there ever a resolution to this issue? I am seeing something similar although it is only happening to one particular user. The Insert button works just fine, but the Upload button will not allow her to click it. It is not greyed out. It is happening in both IE and Firefox so it is quite perplexing. Any ideas?

Hi nwalker,

Please let your client test our online deom http://www.cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx

If the demo works for your client, please upgrade CuteEditor to the latest version and try again.

If the demo not works for your client, please let you client upgrade his/her Sliverlight and flash Plugins to the latest version and try again.
