Any way to "restart" upload from where it left off?

Hi All, I have noticed that if you "interrupt" the file upload (e.g. unplug the network cable), the "temp" folder still has, say 750MB of the 1.5GB I was trying to upload. I'm hoping there is some way someone has found to "hook back up" to the file upload that was previously in progress and "resume" the file upoad from where it left off. Possible? Any ideas? Ed.

All the temp files in the temp folder will be deleted by Ajax Uploader automatically.

Thanks, Adam for your quick response. Given your response regarding the temp files specifically, perhaps I should just reword to ask.. Is there any way to implement restarting the file upload from where it left off, given it may have been interrupted halfway through? Or is the user "out of luck" and would have to start out all over again. I'm thinking this a useful feature especially one has queued up a number of large files in a row awaiting upload. Thanks, Ed.

There is a resume function in uploader which is designed to handle this situation.

Thanks again Adam - so forgive me for being the wooden headed dutchman that I am. :) Can you point me in the direction of some information / documentation that would allow me to implement the resume functionality? I'm definitely interested in getting this feature working? Btw - I'm doing this on someone's behalf - won't be the one actually doing the work. :) Ed.

This is a built-in function. You don’t need to do anything to use it.
