I am testing integration between CuteChat 2.0 and the ASP.NET Community Starter Kit on which we have developed our site. So far, I have been very pleased with the provider model and the integration options available. I noticed and liked that administrators are detected by the CuteChatControls.CommunityDataProvider.IsAdministrator() method, which checks membership in the 'community-administrators' CSK role. However, I cannot find any other integration options, nor any administration documentation explaining the Administration Console and its options (ex Configuration, Room Administration, Role Management).

 

I wish to use an existing CSK role (Chat Moderators) which has all my chat moderators in it, rather than recreating this role for Cute Chat. How is this possible?

That Cute Chat provider for CSK is an open source project. You can modify it to fit your requirements.
